A Progas 2 is a safety device to been put between a flashgenerator and the petrol powergenerator or self driven generator truck that is powering it. The Progas 2 is cutting off the high voltages that might occur during the work of the flash generator (charging and then stopping to charge). Damage that is due to the improper use of a Flashpack been powered by a generator without the use of a Progas 2 is excluded from insurance! Please get informed by our staff either to use a battery powered flashsolution or be safe with the Progas 2. Damage to the petrol generator is also possible. Each flashgenerator needs its own Progas 2.
