- The rent of the equipment is according the amounts in the pricelist. All prices in the list are excluding tax and insurance premiums. 711rent is allowed to ask for a deposit, the maximum of the deposit is € 500,-. The customer is obliged to give a copie off his/her valid driver’s license or current pasport, before the first renting period. Customers who are already in our debtorssysteem, can usually rent the material without a deposit.
- The rate off renting is for the period of 24 hours. This ist he shortest possible time for renting.
- So the full amount is indebted if it is not used outside the pre-arranged time.
- When the apperature is not returnd according the pre-arranged time. For every day the apparature is delayed, we will bill the customer for a day, otherwise 711rent is obligated to file an additonal compensation.

- When the rented materials are not picked up according the agreements without giving notice will result in one full rental day billed.
- When comitted to a rental agreement, as well in writing, the customer agrees that the rented equipment are in good shape. Will the customer give the apparature too third parties, than the transport risk lies with the customer. Damages and function failures who are establisht by returning, will then be billed to the customer.
- For direkt or indirekt damage caused by refusal of the rented equipment and perhaps resulting in damaged materials, 711 rent is than in any case not hold responsible.
- 711 Rent will be in all time the owner off the rented equipment. By leasing, sell it or give it out too third parties is forbidden.
- In case off a dispute between 711 rent and the customer, then the dispute will take place under the judiciary of the department off Hamburg.
- The insurance off 5% from the rentamount is committed. The insurance covers the reparation damage with an excess off € 350,-. Excluded theft and neglect.
- Our flashgenerators can only be used with an Progas 2 or with a by us accepted gap voltage stabilised emergency power generator. Please call us for the up to date list. High tension damage will not be covered by insurance.
- Damage that is demonstrable caused by moisture, is even so not insured.
